A relaxation room, a treatment space or simply somewhere quiet to read. We design for soft light, natural timber, good acoustics and a view of green, so the room feels calm the moment you step in.
Beautiful spaces for movement
Open, light-filled studios with full-width glazing and warm floors for yoga, Pilates and mobility, or a fully equipped garden gym with doors that open onto the deck.
Sauna & recovery
Integrated sauna rooms sit within the studio, with an outdoor shower or cold-plunge zone a few steps away. Heaters, ventilation, linings and the electrical supply are specified for each project.
Calm, connection & restoration
Decking, screened corners, fire pits and planting that softens the building edges. Low lighting traces paths and steps, so the space works as well in the evening as in the morning.

Yes, subject to the specification and your site. A sauna room needs the right heater, ventilation, moisture control and electrical supply, and sometimes specialist suppliers. We'll set out what's suitable for your space in your proposal. Anyone with a health condition should check with their GP before using a sauna or cold plunge.
We design the floor build-up for the intended use. Tell us what you plan to install, such as a rack, platform or treadmill, and we'll design the base and floor to suit.
A new supply is usually run from your home's consumer unit to the studio through a buried armoured cable. The work is carried out and certified by a qualified electrician, and you receive the certificate at handover. Saunas, air conditioning and hot tubs can need a higher-capacity supply, which we check at survey.
